Rosemary Cookies

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Fancy Molasses
  • 2 tsp. ground dried rosemary
  • 1¾ cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. ground cloves
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add egg and molasses. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by scant teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 325°F.
