Pineapple Ham


  • Bone in or boneless ham
  • Pineapple slices
  • 2 tbsp Fancy Molasses
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • ½ cup water


  1. Mix Fancy Molasses, mustard and vinegar. Spread this mixture over the ham in a baking dish.
  2. Gently pour water around ham and bake at 325°F until tender (about 45 min).
  3. Place pineapple on ham and return to oven until lightly browned.
