Ingredients:
- 2 cups beans
- 1 lb. salt pork seared
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 3 tbsp. Fancy Molasses
- Salt
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
- 1 chopped onion
- Water for cooker
Directions:
- Soak beans overnight, drain and put in bottom of cooker with enough water to cover. Add diced pork, catsup, sugar, molasses, salt, mustard and onion. Cook 40 minutes using pressure cooking procedure. For best results on this recipe, use Fancy Molasses. "Lite" molasses is not recommended.
